Seal Primary Academy is an academy as part of The Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT).
TKAT is a multi-academy trust which was established on 1st September 2010. Its constitution is set out in the Articles of Association and this is shared with individual academies via the Scheme of Delegation. TKAT have, through the Scheme of Delegation, established Local Governing Bodies for each of the Academies.

Seal Primary Academy Local Governing Body (LGB)
Mission Statement
Our aim at Seal is very simple: to provide the community with a high quality primary school that doesn’t settle for second best. We endeavour for our children to leave school with high quality skills and an unwavering belief and confidence in their ability. In order to do this, all the work we embark on at Seal follows our school motto: Aspire, Believe and Achieve

Structure
There are six meetings of the full Local Governing Body each academic year. In addition to this, there is one committee with delegated responsibility laid out in their terms of reference.
Pay Committee
The Pay committee will meet at least once each academic year to receive and approve the Headteacher’s recommendations for teachers pay.
